What is Company Order?
Company Order are designed for busineses that would like to place group orders. This option is popular for those that sell meals on their business premise e.g. Grab and Go Fridge or Gym packages (e.g. PT + meal). Each meal starts from $50 and free delivery is available once order values reach $500 in value.
What is Daily Meal Plan Order?
Daily Meal Plan Orders are for businesses whom would like to create a personalised meal plan (3 meals per day) for their clientelle and have the meals delivered to their clientelle address in the morning (before 8.30am).
This is a premium service with most businesess charging clients for the additional service (e.g. meal planning, ingredient customisation)
All meals start from $55 each, and delivery fee is $45 (HK Island and Kowloon) or $65 (New Territories)
What is the nutrition label based on?
We follow nutrition data based on USDA guidelines, with a slight variance of +/-15%
Does that mean each FITTERY PRO meal comes with its own custom nutrition label?
Yes. Every meal you create comes with customised nutrition label indicating key selected iingredients and all macros of that meal. Your clients will know exactly what goes in their body!
Order & Delivery
WHAT IS CUT OFF TIME?
Our order cut-off time is 3 pm, and you may choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. We have a minimum 4 days notice period to make your orders, or alternatively to keep things simple, you can follow our general rule of thumb i.e.
For next week's orders, please place your orders by Thursday 3pm of this week
Our order cut-off time is 12 pm during weekdays and our fastest turnaround is 3 working days (excl. weekends and public holidays). This means all orders made before the cut-off time will be delivered in 3 working days, if no other delivery date is chosen at checkout. Below is a general guideline:
- Orders received at 11:59 am on Monday will be delivered to you before 12 pm on Thursday.
- Orders received at 11:59 am on Tuesday will be delivered to you before 12 pm on Friday.
- Orders received at 11:59 am on Wednesday will be delivered to you before 12 pm next Monday.
- Orders received at 11:59 am on Thursday will be delivered to you before 12 pm next Tuesday.
- Orders received at 11:59 am on Friday will be delivered to you before 12 pm next Wednesday.
WHEN IS DELIVERY MADE?
Company Orders: All orders are delivered to your business address between 6am and 12pm during weekdays only. There is no delivery on T8, Black Rain, weekend or public holidays.
Daily Meal Plans Orders: All orders are delivered to your clientelle between 5.30am and 8.30am during weekdays only. There is no delivery on T8, Black Rain, weekend or public holidays.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Company Order: As a wholesaler, orders above $400 are free of charge to one business address. We strongly encourage you to try to reach this as all orders below $400 will require a $75 delivery fee from our 3rd party logistic provider.
Daily Meal Plan Order: We charge $45 per delivery for HK Island and Kowloon and $65 for New Territories.
HOW IS DELIVERY MADE?
Company Order: Your meals are delivered by our 3rd party logistics provider and will notify you once your food is delivered.
Meal Plan Order: Your meals are delivered by our 3rd party logistics provider and will whatsapp your clientelle upon delivery in the morning.
ARE THE FOOD TRAYS BIODEGRADABLE?
All our meals are prepared in biodegradable food trays that meets ISO17556 standards using US Patented P-Life technology. This means the tray will naturally disintegrate into carbon dioxide, water and biomass in landfills.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING BAD WEATHER?
Company Order:
We will always do our best to deliver under all circumstances, however our third party logistics provider will not be able to deliver when Black Rain and Typhoon 8+ warnings are hoisted. During bad weather we appreciate your understanding that there may be slight delays due to poor traffic conditions.
Daily Meal Plan Order:
Situation 1: Black Rainstorm Signal/ Typhoon Signal No. 8 lowered or canceled before 6 am- Delivery service remains the same ( although please allow for slight delays as we navigate through poor traffic)
Situation 2: Black Rainstorm Signal/ Typhoon Signal No. 8 continues post 6 am - Unfortunately there will be no meal plan delivery on that day and we will deliver the meals on the next day (please note Friday meals will be delivered on Saturday morning). Please remind your client to reach us if they would like change of address.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to most of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, however please note the following restrictions.
Areas with special arrangements:
* International Commerce Centre (ICC) will be delivered to the pickup point at 1/F, opposite the cashier of Sky100
* No delivery service to HSBC Centre and HSBC Main Building due to office building management policy.
Areas we cannot deliver to:
Sai Kung, Temple Hill (Shatin Pass Road to Kwun Yum Temple), Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, all country parks,

WHERE IS THE FOOD MADE?
Rest assured all our food is cooked by professional chefs in a FEHD approved food factory with inspections conducted regularly by FEHD officials.
HOW IS THE FOOD PREPARED?
We freshly prepare your meals based on your order specifications using premium ingredients. All meals are also packaged with state of the art thermo sealing technology and packaged in bdegradable food trays.
WHAT SAFETY MEASURES DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR KITCHEN?
We're glad you asked! Our kitchen premises is cleaned on a daily basis, professional pest controlled by LBS, and subject to FEHD inspection on a regular basis.
Storage & Reheat Method
HOW LONG DOES THE FOOD KEEP ?
We recommend keeping meals refrigerated at 4 degrees celsius for up to 2 days after delivery.
By using thermo seal technology we are able to significantly restrict airflow compared to traditional takeaway packaging. This actively limits that chances for food oxidistion and bacteria to grow.
CAN THE MEAL PLAN BE FROZEN TO EXTEND SHELF LIFE?
If you like, you may place meals in freezer (below -18 degrees celcius) immediately upon receiving the products without altering the packaging. However please note food texture and overall taste may change under frozen conditions.
HOW SHOULD I REHEAT THE MEALS?
For convenience, reheat via microwave. We suggest peel the edge of the plastic lid, remove any sauce containers (if any), and reheat on high heat for 2 mins first, before reheating again in 30 second intervals based on desired results.
Otherwise, removing food from packaging and using pan to stir or steam food contents are also options you may consider .
